Alishania Academy provides digital products and online learning services. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.

The course or product name
The date of purchase
The reason for the request
Any screenshot or error message if the issue is technical
All products are delivered digitally and access is usually granted immediately after purchase. Because of this, refunds are reviewed case by case.
A refund may be considered if any of the following applies:
You were charged more than once for the same purchase
You purchased the same course twice by mistake
A verified technical issue prevents access and we are unable to resolve it
You enrolled in the wrong course and contacted us quickly before meaningful use
A refund may not be approved if any of the following applies:
The request is based on personal preference after significant course access or usage
The purchase was made through a third party where their policy applies
The request is missing information required to verify the purchase
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
